What it requires
Food business operators must hold a Registration Certificate from the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. A separate professional-staffing duty applies once a business's motor capacity exceeds 30 horsepower or it employs more than 10 people: it must engage a licensed food engineer, veterinarian, agricultural engineer, chemist or food technologist.
