How withdrawal rights and refunds work for paid template products.
Who your purchase contract is with
Paid products on this site are sold through Paddle, our merchant of record. Your purchase contract, invoice and refund processing sit with Paddle, under Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy (linked at checkout). This page explains how that works for our products; where this page and Paddle's terms differ, Paddle's terms govern the transaction.
Your 14-day withdrawal right (EU/EEA and UK consumers)
Consumers in these regions have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase. (Swiss law provides no general cooling-off right for online purchases; for consumers in Switzerland, the same 14-day window is provided under Paddle's Refund Policy rather than by statute.) For instantly delivered digital content, the law allows this right to end early: at checkout you are asked to give express consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that, once the download begins, the withdrawal right is lost. If you do not want to give that consent, do not start the download — your 14-day right then remains intact and you can cancel for a full refund.
Defective or misdescribed files
If a file you bought is corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from what its product page describes, contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will correct the file or ask Paddle to refund you. Statutory rights you hold under the consumer law of your country of residence are unaffected by anything on this page.
Corrections
If we find a factual error in a file, we will correct it and make the corrected file available to existing buyers at no charge. A version rewritten for a new edition of a standard is a new product, not a free update.
What is not a refund ground
The products are dated editorial snapshots; a change in a law, standard or register after your purchase date is not a defect. Each file carries its verification date so you can see exactly what you bought.
