Reporting an error
If a record looks wrong, out of date, or points at a source that no longer says what it used to, email the record's URL and what looks off. Every published record is checked against a primary source and dated at the time of that check — a correction re-runs that same check rather than taking a report at face value, and the record's verification date moves once it does.
