Who controls your data

What browsing this library involves today

Analytics. This site uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused, cookieless service hosted in the EU. For each page view it receives the page URL (query strings other than campaign parameters are discarded on Plausible's side), the referrer, browser and operating system name and version, device type, and the country, region and city derived from your IP address. It also records interaction events: clicks on outbound links and file downloads (the clicked URL), use of the search box, scroll depth and time on page, and choices made in the requirements tools (country, sector, print, compare). Plausible does not store your IP address, sets no cookies, uses no local storage, and generates no persistent identifier: unique visitors are counted with a hash built from a daily salt that is rotated and deleted every 24 hours. We see only aggregate numbers. See Plausible's data policy.

Functional storage. The requirements checklist on some tool pages remembers which items you ticked, in your own browser's local storage. The list of ticks is never sent to us or to anyone else.

Search runs against records already published on this site; the search URL is reported to Plausible as a page view, where the query string is discarded and never stored.

If that changes

This library is a commercial venture and may introduce advertising in the future. If it does, this policy is updated in place — the date at the top of this page moves — before any change takes effect, and any advertising shown to a visitor in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland runs only behind a certified consent-management platform, never before consent is given.

Your rights

Because this library does not store personal data from a visitor browsing it, there is ordinarily nothing held about you to access, correct or delete. If you believe otherwise — for example, because you emailed us — write to contact@certifidex.com and the request is handled directly by the publisher.
