Safety Certificate Contractors
SCC is an occupational safety certification family (SCC*, SCC**, SCP, SCCP), issued by accredited bodies such as TÜV across several European markets. The audit scope and number of compulsory questions scale with the number of employees in the certified company.

What it is
The certification body TÜV Rheinland names the whole family in one sentence: "The Safety Certificate Contractors (SCC), Safety Certificate Personnel Leasing (SCP) and Safety Certificate Contractors for Petrochemicals (SCCP) standards are globally recognized management systems." Its own page title is itself the family list: "SCC* / SCC** / SCCP / SCP Certification." A German primary source (Haufe, a legal/occupational-safety publication) describes SCC as "ein internationaler Standard für Sicherheits-, Gesundheits- und Umweltschutzmanagement für technische Dienstleistungsunternehmen und Subunternehmer" — an international standard for safety, health and environmental management for technical service companies and subcontractors.
Certification is issued by independently accredited certification bodies — TÜV Rheinland, TÜV SÜD, SGS, Quality Austria and Kiwa all publish pages describing SCC*/SCC**/SCP/SCCP certification services; the scheme is not operated by a single named certificate-issuing company.
Who owns it
SCC certification is issued by independently accredited certification bodies (TÜV Rheinland among them). The wider VCA scheme family that SCC belongs to internationally is associated in secondary sources with a Dutch foundation, but that ownership link was not confirmed by opening the foundation's own page directly and is not asserted here.
