EU Cloud Code of Conduct
The EU Cloud Code of Conduct is a voluntary GDPR Article 40 code; cloud providers declare adherence and SCOPE Europe verifies compliance annually. The Code received official approval from the Belgian Data Protection Authority in 2021, following a positive opinion from the European Data Protection Board.
