All food business operators in Taiwan
What it requires
"The personnel, operation sites, sanitation management of facilities and quality assurance system of food business operators shall meet the regulations on good hygiene practice for foods" — a baseline duty on every food business, not only registered or high-risk ones. Serious violations of hygiene requirements carry a fine of NT$60,000–200,000,000 (Art. 44); failures in food-safety monitoring, recordkeeping or traceability carry NT$30,000–3,000,000 (Art. 48) — both can also trigger suspension or registration cancellation, with a one-year re-registration ban.
