Provides requirements and guidance for organisations in international supply chains to develop and implement supply chain security processes, designed to assist in meeting the authorised economic operator (AEO) criteria under the World Customs Organization framework. It applies to manufacturers, carriers, warehouses and intermediaries operating in international supply chains.

What is this standard?

What ISO 28001 does not replace
- It does not substitute for authorised economic operator status granted by the customs administration.
