eIDAS Qualified Trust Service Provider status follows a conformity assessment by an accredited body and listing on an EU Trusted List. The assessment is carried out by a conformity assessment body accredited under Regulation (EC) No 765/2008, and qualified trust services undergo a further assessment every 24 months.
