TL 9000
TL 9000 is TIA QuEST Forum's ICT-industry certification, extending ISO 9001:2015 with telecom-specific requirements for certified organizations. Certified organizations must meet all ISO 9001:2015 requirements clauses plus ICT-specific additions, and a live public registry lets anyone search certifications by company name.

What it is
TL 9000 is developed and managed by TIA QuEST Forum (formerly QuEST Forum, founded 1998, under the Telecommunications Industry Association). The owner describes it as "the ICT industry's unique extension to ISO 9001:2015."
Certified organizations must meet "All requirements clauses of the International Standards ISO 9001:2015" plus additional ICT-specific requirements covering performance measurements, software development and data reporting.
TL 9000's public registry, the TL 9000 Public Profile Search, states on the owner's own page: "To view details of a company's TL 9000 certifications, enter the first few letters of the company name below or click on the appropriate letter." Additional public statistics pages cover registration trends and distribution by region, product category and certification body.

Who assesses it
Certification is carried out by certification bodies; the owner's site directory lists CB resources and auditor listings, but the accreditation chain behind those certification bodies was not confirmed on the pages opened.
