What it requires
Separately from the product-level PCoC, each shipment of a SASO-regulated product needs its own Shipment Certificate of Conformity (SCoC) through the SABER platform. As of this verification the fee is 350 SAR per application, quoted directly from SABER's own Terms page. SASO extended SABER's mandatory scope to previously "uncontrolled" regulated products from 1 January 2021, per SASO's own announcement.
